Telecommunication Division

The Telecommunication division of the Kewanee Police Department is one of three PSAPS (Public Service Answering Points) located throughout Henry County, Illinois. The Kewanee Police Department currently has seven (7) dedicated professionals who answer and dispatch all calls for emergency and routine service. This group also provides all the clerical duties for the entire department and is considered to be the “life-line” to the officers and emergency service providers in the field.
